Do I need an appointment?

No. You can drop off your items during the hours that we are open.

How long do I have to pick up my cash?

You have two weeks from the time of drop-off to get your cash if you cannot do Venmo or Paypal. After that, your cash will be transferred to store credit.

How long does my store credit last?

There is no expiration for store credit.

How are you different than a consignment store?

We pay cash up front to our sellers. Consignment models require the item to sell before the seller gets paid.

What sizes do you buy?

We buy women's 00-5X and men's up to size 42.
